For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event. If you object to being included in any photography/film produced please let the event organizers (via the registration desk) know as soon as possible upon arrival.
NOTE: All CoHEsion Summit registrations include a nonrefundable $75 administration fee. Everyone registering for a CoHEsion Summit conference automatically becomes a member of CoHEsion. CoHEsion will allow a transfer of registration to a replacement attendee at no cost.

Those attendees who are presenting at the conference are eligible for a discounted registration as noted above. Only one discounted registration per individual presenter is allowed, and the discount is only available to the presenter noted as the lead presenter on the Submit Presentation form.

Guest are not allowed to attend the conference regarding general or concurrent sessions, breaks, meals, exhibits, etc. However, CoHEsion may provide registration for a guest to join a registered attendee at the CoHEsion Summit Event.
If you register for the Post-Conference workshop and the conference, the workshop does NOT contain a separate administrative fee; however, if you register for ONLY the Post-Conference workshop and cancel by the deadline, a $25 administrative fee will not be refunded.
