Amy Gaines, Vice President of Product Management & Technology at  Ellucian, brings over 15 years of expertise in innovative service to and product  development within the Higher Education sector. Amy leads the product team  responsible for supporting the student and employee lifecycle and is  passionate about streamlining and simplifying the student experience.  Throughout her career, Amy has held impactful roles in both Services and  Product Management. She has been instrumental in implementing new  software across many different types of institutions, operationalizing  comprehensive strategies to guide decision-making among Product Leaders,  modernizing cloud service offerings, and transitioning Higher Education  institutions to Ellucian SaaS. As a key leader for Ellucian’s products, Amy is  known for her commitment to customer satisfaction and transformation. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia College & State University and  actively supports an elementary school STEM program in her home state of  Georgia.
