Dee is celebrating 28 years with Arkansas State University, with experience spanning Accounts Payable, HR/Payroll, and Information Technology. In her current role, she works alongside a talented team of Banner programmers and DBAs supporting the Banner ERP system and third-party integrations across the A-State System’s seven campuses—two four-year and five two-year institutions.
CoHEsion has been an important part of Dee’s professional journey since 2007. Over the years, she has served as an attendee, presenter, track chair, program chair, and Board member. She was honored with the CoHEsion Presidential Service Award in 2019 and has served on the Board since 2020, including terms as Vice President and President.
For Dee, CoHEsion is about much more than Banner—it’s about people, relationships, sharing, and collaboration.
“What makes CoHEsion so special isn’t just the knowledge we share—it’s the people we share it with. There is truly no other conference I’ve attended that creates such an incredible spirit of collaboration, connection, and willingness to help one another. I’m incredibly blessed to be part of this organization and to call so many CoHEsion members friends.”
Dee would be honored to continue serving CoHEsion and giving back to the community that has given her so many friendships, opportunities, and professional connections throughout her career.
