FSM provides end-user support to departments and functional areas, maintains the integrity of Banner, manages system security, develops and implements finance-related applications, and develops training material for users.
A committed member of the CoHEsion community for ten years, Alexa has taken on leadership roles including Track Chair, Vice Program Chair, and Program Chair. Alexa is also involved in the Texas Banner group, Texas Connection Consortium. Alexa received her BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
