The Election Committee, consisting of current and past CoHEsion members, review submitted nominations and recommend a slate of candidates for approval to the CoHEsion Board of Directors. The Board receives and approves the slate of candidates each year. The approved candidates are voted on (as an entire slate) at the annual CoHEsion Summit Conference.
Linda Griffin

Linda Griffin is an IT professional with over 35 years of experience in higher education at Washburn University located in Topeka, KS. In that time, Linda has been part of the implementation of many new IT processes, systems, databases, and applications. She understands multiple systems and has developed the ability to work through the problem-solving that comes with implementing, maintaining and supporting them.
Linda has been involved with CoHEsion (formally known as SETA) from 2002 to the present. She has been an attendee, a track chair, a vice-program chair, program chair and currently serves on the Board of Directors. She has enjoyed being part of the conference and is dedicated to making sure the content is cutting-edge and current for all the different areas. Linda understands that one must resist becoming stagnant or rigid in order to thrive in higher education in general and IT in particular. She enjoys the challenge of continuously learning new things.
Dee Warren
Assist Vice Chancellor ITS/ERP Application Services
Arkansas State University
Dee has recently completed her 24th year of employment at Arkansas State University. During her career with A-State she has worked in Accounts Payable, HR/Payroll, and ITS. Dee’s current position is Assistant Vice Chancellor of ITS. She serves along with a team of Banner Programmers and DBAs to support the Banner ERP system, as well as, the 3rd party integrations used in their system of campuses. The A-State System is on the Shared Technology Platform and is comprised of 7 campuses (2 – 4 year and 5 – 2 year institutions) who are in the Ellucian managed cloud.
Dee’s experience at Arkansas State University has included being on the HR functional team during the migration of their campus from Plus to Banner. After this migration she served as the HRIS Administrator for 10 years - working to support HR and Payroll. During her tenure HR implemented the Taleo applicant system, Time and Effort Certification, and the Selerix online benefit system. Seven years ago, she transitioned to the Information Technology Services group as an HR programmer. During her time as a programmer she helped support the HR and Payroll area while they implemented Time Clock Plus. As the Director of ERP Services her knowledge of the Banner suite increased as the breadth of support widened to include Student, Financial Aid and Finance.
CoHEsion has been a large part of Dee’s professional growth. The friends and connections made have been instrumental in her professional development. Dee has been a part of CoHEsion since 2007 as an attendee, presenter, track chair, and program chair. In 2019 Dee received the ultimate surprise. She was awarded the CoHEsion Presidential Service Award! She has served on the Board of Directors since 2020. Dee would be honored to continue her tenure on the Board.
Stephanie Workman

Stephanie has worked for the University of Tennessee for more than 30 years and is currently IT Manager for the Student Information System group supporting all aspects of the Ellucian Banner products and integrations. Stephanie serves the higher education community through participation in academic committees and projects and is currently President of the Large School Consortium(LSC) user community group. Stephanie received her B.S. in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University and is currently pursuing her M.P.S in Leadership, Organizations, and Workforce studies through East Tennessee State University. She is a certified Project Management Professional. She enjoys hobbies like gardening, reading, and volunteering with local car clubs with her husband
