Cohesion bylaws - Proposed changes

At the July Board meeting, the CoHEsion Board of Directors approved the above proposed changes to the current Bylaws.  The changes reflect the Board's need for flexibility in how the Board is comprised, as well as who the Board may invite to participate at Board meetings.

The membership will vote on these proposed changes at the annual Membership Meeting at CoHEsion Summit on October 13, 2025.
